Airbnb Virtual Tour UX Study
This concept explores how adding virtual tours to Airbnb listings could help users feel more confident before booking. I focused on improving trust, reducing decision anxiety, and creating a smoother browsing experience.
The project involved user journey mapping, research interviews, and prototype testing to visualise how a virtual tour feature could fit naturally into the booking flow.
Limelight Cinema Website Project
A web design project developed during my time at Edinburgh College, focused on creating a responsive and accessible cinema website with different user journeys for adults, juniors, and staff. I planned and built the full website structure.
From research and user analysis to wireframes, design, and front-end development. The process also included usability testing and design improvements based on user feedback, which helped refine the overall experience.
